Notice:
1. Because of the fluctuation in the Chinese currency (RMB), the exchange rate is floating according to market.
2. Room is not charged by the number of persons, which means that it does not matter if you are single or with companians, the cost of the room is fixed at one price -- good news for families.
3. All buildings are air-conditioned, please don't worry about that.

Notice: Participants who have chosen payment method "wire transfer" should notice that, an additional transaction cost about 8 $US charged by the bank is not included in your total registration fees, which means you have to pay it yourself. We are sorry for reminding late, but those who have forgotten to do so will pay it when they come to China. (updated on April 21)

Credit Card

If you choose check, please do remember you need to finish two steps after you have decided what should be paid:

Step 1: Sign in the web service system, if you haven't choose to pay by credit card yet, you will see a link in color blue at the bottom of the Home page, click it, wait a few second, then you will see a button. (Notice: You can only click this link once and then it will disappear, so that you will not pay it twice.)
Step 2: Click the button, you will be forwarded to http://www.sipweb.org, where you will see another button, click it, a form requesting your credit card information will be displayed. If you have submitted the form, SIP International committee will contact you later to confirm your payment.

The registration fee includes access to the scientific and social program, Program and Abstract book, mixer, banquet dinner with entertainment, and refreshments and transportation during the conference. Tour (including BBQ) and 5K jogging are not included within the Registration Fee. On site registrations for the conference will begin Sunday, August 27 in the afternoon.

Cancellation policy. Refunds for cancellations will only be provided before July 31, 2006 with a 25% cancellation fee. After July 31, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
